They 'only' asks
They ask why I'm angry, but doesn't truly see,
The depth of emotions, the complexity in me,
"Don't be angry, it's not good for you" They say,
But what I need is someone to listen, to stay.
In the midst of love and care, I feel alone,
A stranger in my own world, unknown
They offer solution, but not a listening ear,
Learning me to wonder, "do they truly care? "
It's not about fixing, but understanding,
Being seen, being heard without judgement or commanding,
In that moment, maybe I'll feel less alone
Craving for someone who truly gets me home...
